The Deba knife is a workhorse for the kitchen. A double edged blade that’s super sharp, the Deba knife is traditionally used to clean and fillet whole fish, but it is also commonly used for breaking down and dressing poultry and other meat with small bones.
Hand forged by Kosuke Muneishi in Japan and made from high carbon steel paired with a Maple burl handle, white and turquoise trustone inlay, and black and white G-10 inlays.
